Something not working, or a question the app doesn’t answer? Email us and a human will read it. Include your device model and iOS version if you’re reporting a problem — it saves a round trip.

Sharing a list

Open the list, tap the ••• menu and choose to invite people. Send the link or the invite code — whoever opens it joins that list and sees it update live.

Restoring a purchase

Settings → Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so use the same one you bought with.

Managing your subscription

Subscriptions are handled by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the renewal; your data stays until you delete it.
